Getting started
Sign up with email or Google, complete your broker profile, and request verification. Once approved you can list properties, accept leads from other brokers via shared-commission contracts, and use the Free-tier tools (CRM, messenger, Content Generator, Photo Enhancement). Pro tools unlock when you scale.
Time to first lead depends on your country, listing quality and how actively you use the AI promotion tools (Publisher, Content Generator, Site Generator). Brokers who fully complete their profile, publish polished listings and cross-post via Publisher see leads faster.
GREM operates in 70+ countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Top markets in 2026 include Cyprus, Spain, UAE, Turkey, Thailand, Germany, France and Indonesia. The platform UI is in 6 languages, and the AI Content Generator and Assistant work in any client's language.
Yes. You can import contacts into the GREM CRM via CSV. Your existing clients stay yours — GREM only routes new leads coming from the platform itself or from other brokers via shared-commission contracts.
Commission & money
You set the total commission (minimum 2%) when listing a property. On a successful deal, GREM automatically distributes the agreed shares between the broker who closed the deal, the platform, and the introducing referrer when applicable — per the commission contract (Split Commission).
Yes. Every transaction is governed by an enforced commission contract. Funds are released only after the deal is verified, protecting both the broker who introduced the client and the broker who closed the sale.
Invite brokers, developers or partners with your personal referral link and earn a permanent share of every deal in your network: 10% of the commission your direct invitee earns (L1), 5% on L2, 2% on L3 and 1% on L4. Referrals are attached to your account for life.
The Free tier covers everything you need to start: CRM, messenger, unlimited listings and basic AI tools (Content Generator, Photo Enhancement). Advanced AI (PDF Generator, AI Avatar, Site Generator, Publisher) is part of Pro plans — pricing is finalized with the team based on your volume. Per closed deal, your share is set by the commission contract.

GREM provides seven production AI tools: Content Generator (listing descriptions in 6 languages), Photo Enhancement (auto-balance and stage), PDF Generator (branded property one-pagers), 24/7 AI Assistant (broker Q&A), AI Avatar (HeyGen video presentations), Site Generator (broker landing pages) and Publisher (one-click cross-posting to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).
Yes. The GREM mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It includes the messenger, broker community, real-time deal notifications, and a subset of AI tools. CRM and listing management remain in the web cabinet.
Privacy & tech
GREM has a built-in CRM optimized for international brokers. Integration with external CRMs is possible via REST API on request — contact the team and we'll scope a connector for your stack.
All client and lead data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). GREM is GDPR-compliant: clients can export and delete their data at any time. Servers are EU-based (Frankfurt, Amsterdam). We process data per Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of contract.
