Network listings and GREM buyers
A listing joins the network when its seller or developer turns network mode on; the commission does not change. Buyers from GREM are offered in Ukraine and Azerbaijan: on a closed deal GREM charges a fee of 10 % of your commission, which follows that buyer for 365 days.

Sign up with email or Google, complete your broker profile, and request verification. Once approved you can list properties, accept leads from other brokers via shared-commission contracts, and use the Free-tier tools (CRM, messenger, Content Generator, Photo Enhancement). Pro tools unlock when you scale.
The listing side — owner, broker or developer — sets the percentage in its commission split contract with GREM: the percentage of the sale price it pays for a buyer brought in through GREM (minimum 2%). The money goes through GREM: the listing side pays GREM, and GREM pays the broker who brought the buyer within 7 working days of receiving the commission. Referral bonuses are paid separately.
By contract. You sign a commission payment agreement with GREM, and under it GREM pays your reward to your GREM wallet within 7 working days of receiving the commission from the listing side. Payouts are made only after the deal is confirmed and the incoming money is checked, which protects both the broker who introduced the client and the listing side.
