You set the total commission (minimum 2%) when listing a property. On a successful deal, GREM automatically distributes the agreed shares between the broker who closed the deal, the platform, and the introducing referrer when applicable — per the commission contract (Split Commission).
Yes. Every transaction is governed by an enforced commission contract. Funds are released only after the deal is verified, protecting both the broker who introduced the client and the broker who closed the sale.
