Invite once, earn through 4 levels. Referrals are permanent and pay every time your invitee closes a deal.
Earn 10% of your direct invitee's commission on every closed deal.
Their direct invite pays you 5% of their commission, automatically.
3% of every closed deal from your level-3 referrals.
2% of every closed deal from your level-4 referrals.
Referrals earn you more than deal commission: you also get a share of their subscriptions and pay-as-you-go spend on the platform.
Percentages apply to the broker share of each closed deal commission. Referrals are permanently attached to your account.

The listing side — owner, broker or developer — sets the percentage in its commission split contract with GREM: the percentage of the sale price it pays for a buyer brought in through GREM (minimum 2%). The money goes through GREM: the listing side pays GREM, and GREM pays the broker who brought the buyer within 7 working days of receiving the commission. Referral bonuses are paid separately.
By contract. You sign a commission payment agreement with GREM, and under it GREM pays your reward to your GREM wallet within 7 working days of receiving the commission from the listing side. Payouts are made only after the deal is confirmed and the incoming money is checked, which protects both the broker who introduced the client and the listing side.
